The Chic Living Room Refresh project, completed in July 2024, involved a stylish update to a living room to enhance its aesthetic appeal and comfort. The renovation focused on modern decor, improved layout, and functional design elements.

The project began with a redesign of the room’s layout to better accommodate the client’s needs and create a more open and inviting space. A new, contemporary sectional sofa was chosen for its sleek lines and comfort, complemented by a matching set of armchairs.

We installed a new area rug with a geometric pattern to anchor the seating area and add visual interest. A custom-built media unit was added, featuring open shelving and closed cabinetry for a clean, uncluttered look.

The lighting was updated with a combination of recessed ceiling lights, pendant fixtures, and wall sconces to provide a layered lighting effect. A new set of window treatments was also installed, enhancing both privacy and style.

Decorative elements, including artwork and throw pillows, were selected to reflect the client’s personal taste and add a touch of personality to the room. The renovation was completed with a fresh coat of paint and new artwork, resulting in a chic and comfortable living area that perfectly aligns with the client’s vision.
